Elmtree Construction

Elmtree Construction adopts an individual approach to each project, creating unique opportunities in rural locations.  We appreciate the importance of being sensitive to a property’s character, history and surroundings whilst incorporating the latest building techniques.

Our portfolio of projects is remarkable in its variety, including numerous conservation/renovation projects, a selection of quality barn conversions, major civil engineering projects, the development of quality new homes and the construction of stables, arenas, and gallops for the equestrian market.

We have generated a good working relationship with the local planning and building authorities, ensuring that the necessary requirements and regulations are met. All our construction and equestrian projects give consideration to the implementation of renewable energy solutions.

The directors of Elmtree Construction are personally involved in the day-to-day running of the business and operations on site. Regular project visits ensure that attention to detail and our unrivalled standards are maintained throughout the construction process.

Elmtree is a registered member of the NHBC (National House-Building Council).
