We have a reputation for constructing prestige new dwellings in village locations.  This can range from single dwellings  to developments of up to five large individual properties. House designs are always unique but considerate of all surrounding natural and built environment. 

Purchasers are encouraged to introduce their own taste and style to the interior of their property and are therefore invited to choose final finishes such as kitchen fittings, floor coverings and wall/ceiling finishes.

Elmtree has renovated and refurbished a variety of domestic dwellings. 

We have been the preferred contractor for the last three years for a substantial country estate which owns numerous properties some of which are listed or in the grounds owned by the National Trust. 

Our experienced workforce can adapt their wealth of skills according to each individual project.  Some projects require completion in a very short time period to maximise rental return.
